This review is long overdue but is never too late to give credit when credit is due. I know Marco and Jem for over a few years now and we have previously worked together in other properties. Right off the bat you can always expect professionalism and punctual appointments from them and their team, no matter how bad the traffic is in Miami. If they cannot be personally present they will ALWAYS inform via email, text or phone call of whatever the situation is, or the update from any pending transaction. Jem makes one of the best open house arrangements, pictures and set up suggestions for the perfect shot to bring the best attributes of any property. Besides excellent communication and work ethics Marco and his team, went above and beyond to resolve some issues we encountered during closing time on our last property. Just to mention one of the problems, he stayed over 2 hours waiting at 1st Financial Inc (buyers chosen title company) to make sure closing would be at the chosen date due to moving arrangements, loan payoff, mortgage overdue late fines and to avoid delays. By the way, worse title company in over a decade of real-estate experience Marco ever encountered! Like I said, I won’t hesitate to recommend Marco & Jem and their team. The few times that I did not use them (not by my choosing) I can honestly say it was NOT an easy transaction. Hands down great work 24/7 and trustworthy with the best intentions with stellar costumer service. Thank you Marco & Jem for the excellent work and hopefully we will be doing business soon again.

Me and my husband rented an apartment in Miami leaving in Brazil still. We were going to move in a few weeks, so we were very nervous and unsecured about renting long distance. That's were we met Marco by internet, very professional and when we got here, everything went very smoothly and he was going through all the documents with baby steps so we could understand. He happened to be also the manager of our apartment, so every time we had any issue on the apartment , he used to come at same time and resolved it. Then we got approved to finance a house, and at the same time, we called him, we trusted him so much we didn't want anyone else to help us.He found us the house of our dreams and with a lower price that we were expecting ! we got it ! we did everything with his team, the finance..insurance etc.. It was the best price and great deals =) , Then we had to do a renovation... we called Marco to manage our renovation. He had a list of people to help us..kitchen..floor..curtain .... For that we did some estimates out there.. and after a couple , we found that the people that he knew was the best price. We just finish remodeling the kitchen and the floor. Everything looks amazing! it was very fast, and he kept us updated every second! we highly recommend him.Very honest, clear to understand and have a lot of patience.
